What makes a business 'high-risk'
Processors label a business high-risk when they expect more chargebacks, more regulatory scrutiny or more fraud. Common examples include subscriptions and continuity billing, travel, CBD and hemp products, firearms and ammunition, nutraceuticals, vape shops, adult-oriented businesses, debt and credit services, and businesses with a past account closure or poor credit.
High-risk accounts usually carry higher rates, may require a rolling reserve, and take more paperwork to approve. We can't guarantee approval, and we won't pretend high-risk pricing is low-risk pricing. What we can do is send a complete application to a partner whose underwriting fits your industry, which is what gets accounts approved.

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee approval?
No. Every account is subject to the processor's underwriting. A complete, accurate application gives you the best chance.
What's a reserve?
A portion of your deposits held for a period to cover possible chargebacks. Terms vary by program and are disclosed before approval.
I was placed on the MATCH list. Can you help?
Some partners consider MATCH-listed businesses case by case. Approval isn't guaranteed and pricing is usually higher. Call to discuss your situation.
